Q: Do you sell wholesale? A: No, we do not sell wholesale. We will offer a discount for large quantity orders but it will not be a wholesale price. Q: Are the items handcrafted?
Q. Do you ship outside the United States.
A. Yes, we ship all around the world. We will send you an e-mail with the shipping quote after you place your order. Your shipping charges appear as "O" however there are shipping charges. You may also contact us prior to placing an order to inquire about the shipping charges.
A: Yes, everything we sell is fully handcrafted by us. Q: Can you expedite an order sooner than the expected date of delivery? A: Yes, in most instances we can expedite an order. You would need to call us after placing the order or you can send an e-mail to archerenterprises@embarqmail.com Q: Can I place my order over the telephone? A: Yes, you can call to place an order. Please have your visa or mastercard handy when calling.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
