Store Policies

ARCHER ENTERPRISES offers the following Returns Policy:
All orders are custom made to order.  Dog toys for the dogs cannot be returned therefore not refundable.  A credit will be provided regarding all other dog related gifts ONLY  if the item was defective upon receipt of your order.  You must either send us an e-mail at archerenterprises@embarqmail.com or call us at 908-534-8605 before sending an item back.  All items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
